We're located at the corner of E. Bay Drive & Plumosa Drive. Please park in front, to the side or to the rear of F45. Overflow parking is available in Welch Plaza to the west of our building.
Born and perfected in Australia, world class F45 workouts combine group personal training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training, and functional training. We’re big fans of real, noticeable changes in quick succession. In just 45 minutes, you'll build muscle and burn 400-600 calories, delivering the amazing, post-workout euphoria. The group aspect offers incredible support and accountability. F45 is for all fitness and experience levels and you workout at your own pace. We look forward to meeting you soon!
